Digital product terms

These terms apply when you buy a printable PDF from ThatChaosMama, run by Leonie. If you have a question before or after buying, email thatchaosmama@gmail.com.

What you are buying

• Every shop product is a digital PDF download. Nothing physical will be posted.
• Prices are one-off payments in GBP. They are not subscriptions.
• The product page explains which printable pages are included before you pay.

Delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, the website shows a download button for the PDF you bought. Save the file somewhere safe. If the download does not appear, contact us with the email address used at checkout so we can help.

Your licence

Your purchase is for personal and household use. You may print the pages as often as you need for yourself or your household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy for commercial use or claim the designs as your own.

Cancellations, faults and refunds

Before payment, you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once the digital download begins. This does not affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, corrupted, incorrect or not as described, email us and we will put it right, replace it or provide an appropriate refund.

Payments and contact

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ThatChaosMama does not receive or store your full card number. For order help, contact thatchaosmama@gmail.com.
