Chaos Club membership terms

These terms apply to Chaos Club memberships sold by ThatChaosMama, run by Leonie. By joining, you agree to these terms, the Community guidelines and our Privacy notice.
Eligibility and your membership
- You must be 18 or over.
- Membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Use the same email for Stripe checkout and your CHAOS account so access can be matched.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
What is included
An active membership includes the full CHAOS app, the private Club Community and the Club activities, printables and benefits described on the joining page. The exact schedule and format may change as the Club develops; any substantial change will be explained clearly.
Price, renewal and cancellation
Stripe processes the recurring monthly price shown at checkout. Your membership renews until cancelled. You may cancel through the Stripe customer link provided with your subscription or by emailing us. Unless the law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Tester and Founding 25 prices apply while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If it ends and you later rejoin, the current available price may apply.
Community safety
You must follow the Community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate misuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate removal. A membership ended for a serious safety breach may not be eligible for a refund, without affecting statutory rights.
Peer support, not professional advice
CHAOS and Chaos Club offer planning tools, encouragement and peer support. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding or emergency services. You remain responsible for decisions and should seek qualified help when needed.
Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of content you create. You give ThatChaosMama the limited permission needed to host, display and moderate Community content for Club members. Please do not post anything you do not have the right to share. See the Privacy notice for how personal information is handled.
Availability and responsibility
We will use reasonable care to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
