I wasn’t bad at life. My brain was overloaded.
I’ve struggled to keep track of everything for as long as I can remember. I would download a new app or start another subscription thinking, right, this is it — new system, new me.
Then I’d forget it existed, cancel it because it wasn’t what was advertised, or realise it only tracked one little part of life when I needed somewhere for all of it.
The plans, lists and good intentions were always there. Keeping hold of them was the problem.
